Pantonium On-Demand Transit is a ride-share service the city of Stratford, Ontario offers to its community. This project aimed to redesign the entire service offered from the perspectives of the back-end service providers, drivers and passengers. My team focused solely on the driver's perspective, including research on the company and competitors, interviews with the drivers and redesigning the driver application UI to better cater to their wants and needs.
